I read your post on Distinctive Originator Patterns, I had always wondered about them, and you mentioned things I never knew. I can not believe how short lived they were. My grandmother used to sew and years ago after her death, I went through her stuff and found a stash of them. All uncut, and all looking like they were just bought yesterday. I have 7 of them. Through the decades, other than slight yellowing of the envelopes, they are pretty much mint. And a total treasure indeed. Thanks for writing about them.
